Compound 101
Build Precision. Shoot with Purpose.
Compound 101 is a focused, one-on-one coaching experience designed for archers who want to build a strong technical foundation with their own equipment. Whether you are brand new to compound archery or looking to refine your setup and shooting process, this program delivers personalized instruction tailored to your goals.
This is not a group or a "try archery" class. Each session is dedicated entirely to you, your bow, and your development as an archer.
The course is designed to give new compound archers the tools needed to practice correctly, make basic adjustments, and build a repeatable shot process.
Program Structure
Session One: Foundation and Setup (90 minutes)
The first session focuses on establishing a safe, efficient, and repeatable shooting foundation.
We begin with a full review of your equipment, ensuring your bow is properly set up for your body and shooting style. From there, we build your shot process from the ground up, focusing on stance, posture, grip, anchor, and release mechanics.
You will leave this session with a clear understanding of how your bow should feel and how a consistent shot should be executed.
Session Two: Refinement and Application (90 minutes)
The second session builds on your foundation and moves into refinement and consistency.
We focus on shot execution under repetition, making small adjustments that improve accuracy and confidence. This includes tuning your aiming process, managing shot timing, and identifying common errors before they become habits.
By the end of this session, you will have a structured approach to practice and a deeper awareness of how to self-correct.
