Anchor and Let Go is a calming, beginner-focused archery program that introduces new archers to recurve shooting through breath, body awareness, and presence. Each session guides participants through the shot process as a practice of attention and stillness, creating a space where learning is steady, grounded, and free from pressure.

Perfect for adults and teens who are new to archery and curious about its meditative potential. No prior experience with archery or mindfulness is needed. All equipment is provided.

Structure
